just give a business card and let your secretary field it. she should know what you do.
nobody ever wins on those things.

A fine contribution, well done, the point I'm making is it's fine if he wants to switch it on and off, it worked out well as he got his dough, but don't then go and bitch about being barred.

I once had a smash the cash jam up on me, i told the bar man who likes to watch that if you turn it off and on it should pay the remainder (around £40 ) he would'nt let me, left my number and we were on first name terms anyway because i drank in there, 3 days later i've heard nothing so went in to see whats happening, to be told as soon as i left the local thief/dickhead/chav had turned it on and collected my bank, and there was nothing he could do but apologize :o ops: i'll be fucked if thats happening again, i'm just plugging it myself.

That's a bad break, tbh the only time I've switched it on and off myself was on a fuck up back in the days of Crazy cobra, had about 110 in the bank, pressed collect and as if the ghost of Bob Marley had mysteriously appeared the cunt started jammin' . When it came back on the bank was empty, never bothered trying it again.

Some reds did clear the bank when you turned them off, my mate once got a £25 top on a Cobra Cobanna, it was still playing after and it gave him a £15 safe win that he did'nt want, so he turned it off/on and the £25 bank had vanished, his face was a picture

I've never had any bother with the bank vanishing on any newer reds on £35 or above, so sounds about right mate.

Some of the older Reds would clear the bank if you plugged them a few times in succession. I had 75 in the bank on a £25 Holey Moley that would pay £10-15 inbetween getting jammed. Plugged it twice and got down to about £50. Jammed again, plugged it and watched the on/off alarm countdown to zero then wipe the bank. Oops. Had to take it on the chin as I hadn't bothered telling anyone behind the bar and there was no evidence of the win left!

It was a fair whack although it may not have been that much, the amount was not integral to the story but the proceedings after it were and were true.

No, you've also spectularly missed the point and quite blatantly not read all the posts I have made on this. I said I agreed with what he did as it was the best outcome and he recieved the money he was owed. The point I was making, once again, is you can't defy an employees wishes and expect there to be no consequences, you didn't read my posts and my a poor atempt at some quick witted humour, never mind. I also fail to see the corollation between posting on a message board and the direct affect it can potentially take on a career decision I may or may not make.

p.s it's 'you're'.
