a mid £250 was best then beaten by a mid 270's, best Icons was a £178 on £1 stake when it wasn't ready!

Annoying thing with these.....some muppet i know was playing one through naturally last night. He got it after about 130 in, it went 76. Naturally, it has to go back stone dead after. So annoying how they virtually never stay ready once they go in, whatever it costs! :x

I played one once that cost an obscene amount once, something like £120 from a very promising few early boards.

Obviously the PMK with his usual good luck on these wasn't happy!! So fuck it I thought, I'm re-wrapping this bad boy!! It was 'there' again within about £20, then still took the piss and took the pot back plus about another score!!

So I went to the bar ordered a large vodka and coke with a double disarrono chaser, checked I had sufficient funds in my wallet and promised my self I wasn't leaving it till I had icons.

4 hours later after continuous recycling and to the point where I could barely stand up or even contemplate a number runner let alone a guac!! I finally got my icons!! It went flat and then killed it!!

Instead of leaving it £50 down like I could have done, I was totally smashed and about £250 down!!!

I walked sorry staggered away to my next hit which was then closed!!

I couldn't help but have a wry smile as I glanced back at the electro, then I chuckled loudly to myself!!

At least I got my icons!!

I woke up with a headache and a kebab stapled to my face the next morning. Love it!!!

I make this statement.

"There is not another player in the whole of the UK, that has worse luck on electro's than me. That is fact"

I still look back and laugh about it this very day. A total lack of care for £'s I know, but I wanted my icons as I'd forgotten what they looked like.

Oh yeah I know how they work!!

Altho I have had fat repeat icon boards that have killed it. Rare I know but it does happen tho.

I wasn't chasing it for icons, I was recycling wins for about 3 hours after the initial stitch up!!

After it went dead I decided enough was enough.

Well actually the half bottle of vodka and litre of dissarono did!!
