exactly. Whilst exceedingly high academic qualifications may not be necessary, a lot of the younger machine generation can barely spell a word or string a sentence together, speak in text speak etc...
While this, to them, probably appears cool, it really isn't and when you need to turn to something else it won't be any help whatsoever.

I kind of agree with what your saying, but there are quite a few "young" players around with their heads screwed on. I have a degree but choose to play the machines.
Still, it will all change again when the machines and blags die down.
Havent been on a while and thought i would have a quick log on to the site. Out of all the posts this one took my eye the most. I have met many different players on my travels and i cant think of anyone who looks or acts at all normal. Many of them are scruffy, have dodgy teeth that have been abliterated by cigarrettes for 20 odd years and wear Stone Island/ Henry Lloyd gear which was fashionable 10 years ago. I know it is important to get out there and earn the money when its there and to get round all your hits as quick as possible but that doesnt mean you cant get up 30 mins earlier to have a shower and clean your teeth. I think as you live the life of a fruity player you forget how important your hygiene is and how signaficant a women's pussy actually is. A good man once told me that 'Money makes the world go round'... I couldnt put that any better. However it still doesnt mean you cant go to a local club, getting pissed up, do some methedrome or whatever and then go home and get your end away.
I think the significance of enjoying life is destroyed even though essentially we are all self- employed. We choose our hours we go out, when we go out and where we work. I dont care where i have to be and at what time i have to get there for.. I always have a shower and wear clean clothes EVERY DAY. It took me 6 months in Austraila to realise that this life of a fruity player isnt all that. Yes, the money is great. Yes the lifestyle is great. Yes i can do what ever the fuck i want to do when i want but there are more important things in life than earning money. I would rather go and spend 200 quid and then get laid at the end of a night out than go driving round a town centre all night to earn 200 quid. I guess its just a matter of preference. Im not saying that i will ever give up making a living off playing nor those who play 7 days a week 24/7 is bad. Im just saying that making money isnt up there in my top priorities as it was 5 years ago or 7 years ago when i started... I have a good 5 liner, some good ritches and 3 reds to do tonight. Fuck it, ill do them tomo, would rather head to the boozer and get smashed tonight and maybe get a cheeky shag.

allso i notice that alot of players have very untidy hair and look like theyve had the same clothes on for a few days.
i allways like to look tidy and i know that some of you definetly take pride in appearence.
some are just divs that cant do anything else so they play machines lol.
