psycho cash beast by barcrest circa 1998 DOES NOT FLASH
neither do frenzy or big brother, on ANY VERSION

the new one from a couple of years ago does.. as does the club version

but the original of pcb doesnt flash

and even if it did, that would mean that the jackpot would have to autocollect... and it doesnt... EVER.

i can believe the other posts.. even the >jackpot dond...
but PCB DOES NOT FLASH.

if it did, or could, we all would have seen it back in the day..

try turning 20 jackpots down on any other machine???

I know what ur saying tho, I've knocked these back loads of times and never had it.

Can't remember the name of it but there was a £5 clone of this, where I think you could hi-lo whilst goin the board to get up an extra zone, anyway it sat in my local arcade for years and I'd never seen it go IM. Then one day a bloke got a board and it said 'the zombies have taken over' and flashed!! But it took a few years for anyone to see it!! Did it about twice more in the next couple of years. Sure someone will know the name? Think it said 'give it to me' when the pot repeated?

I use to play the lotec dond a lot and have had a few offers of over £35.

Yes I remember the machine it was a failed barcest test. It was like PCB but you could hi-lo. It also gave hints on the board plus the zones went "red". Quite a good machine but suppose they all were back in them days :p

it's money monster.

when it was new it would streak for about 50 nicker ,it's about 13 years old .it's a piece of piss to trap aswell.most boards are a jackpot if you know the machine.

they still have one where i used to work in minehead

and yes it does flash regularly!!!!

tidy machine.

edit: 1 of the board entry bonuses was 'hold it' so you could save a feature in case you lost.

No mr lug that's an Empire one lol. That empire was very good yeah you could leave it not boarding lol. The machine in question is a space themed one. Christ does anyone know the name of it???

My mate had a jackpot repeat chance on king kebab £15. It landed on no but then came up 'have another go' and then it repeated.

i had that happen on open the box before albeit slightly diffently,
it gave line 8 straight in ,so i stopped it on red bars and it repeated to 48 quid ..................could'nt effin believe it gave 1 repeat let alone the rest.

my proof if final...

play any other barcrest of that era in TEST mode.. and you can get a flash every few boards...

ive played pcb in test for hours and hours on end before and it never flashed, which it should have, if it ever could.

also, i played it in so many different ways for hours and hours... i mean like probably £50,000 of credits over the time i had it..
on ORIGINAL UNCHIPPED software... and it never flashed

if you played one and the lights were flashing, maybe the bulbs were knackered... maybe the whole matrix of bulbs were broken

pcb £15 , 25p £15 v1.0 DOESNT FLASH

maybe, possibly, just maybe its slightly possible, that the rechip had a flash built in to avoid the percentage manipulation, BUT no win auto-collects, (apart from nudges for jp but you have to press the collect nudges button)
so a flash would be completely pointless as it still wouldnt avoid the percentage manipulator..

im not calling you a liar for saying it does flash, but you are mistaken.
