Battery leak on Scorpion 4 mpu

Hi all,

my battery has leaked on my scorpion 4 mpu causing a lot of damage, if i clean this up will it be ok?

Do i need to replace the battery in order to play the machine?

If i need a new mpu can someone please suggest someone to buy on from as im new to all this.

remove battery,clean damage,if board ok it will boot without battery then just replace battery for a replacment mpu if needed see me!!

clean damage by soaking board in vinegar then rinse & dry
repair damaged tracks if your handy with a soldering iron

I think this one is a gonner! having cleaned the board the plastic started peeling right left and centre!

some of the green debris is tooo stubborn and i just cant remove it!

some of the tracks on the pcb look black as oppose to copper coloured! i'm not confident enough with a soldering iron im affraid!

so if anyone has a scorpion 4 for sale that i can have quickly put your offers in!
