Wasn't there once treble points on bananas that gave you more money back than the value of the goods ?

Yes, ive meant to post about this tesco MTR

My mum, being one of the 'top girls' on the tesco machine circuit has been on this for weeks. Although needless to say she didnt pass it on on to me till :!: it was critical'd

Although as of yesterday, some shops havnt been 'chipped' and may be the same today/tomorow.

Really though it was on moneysavingexpert or similar around 4 days ago and my mum did have a bit of it, hence the cupboards now being stocked with tomatoe's in a rich tomato sauce with olive oil and garlic :( not exactly my cup of tea.

The shelves over here have been cleared a long time ago.

It was published in the Platinum rinse section some days ago, but Big Mouth Bertha then told everyone at bingo on Sunday after a few glasses of sherry. Only a matter of time since then that the re-fruit wouldn't be far away. A few have been at those 24 hour Tescos getting the last bit of value out of it but they've all gone now.

I recall something similar - although a bit more planned, happening at Safeway a few years back - they'd actually give you 10p to take a can of their baked beans with your shopping. :)

Which is exactly what they had been doing here only its 59p.

The problem was buy one get 2 free so 59p + 59p +59p - £1.18. The glitch came about as every packet gave the £1.18 discount.

SICK RAISE!
