+£559.
Annoying last week, but to be fair not as annoyuing as it would have been if I'd gone with the Manchester derby with that very last minute goal.
I could do with a win before the season finishes, although am guranteed to finish in the black, so I'll stick with the draw theme and plump for Wolves/Blackburn today. Such is Wolves' tightness of defence and inability to score, you would go for 0-0, but I'm not a correct score fan.
23/10 High St, a marginally better 3.4 Betfair.
Accas:
Homes: Man Utd (1/2), Bolton (4/7), West Ham (5/6), Villa (8/13), Everton (2/5), Chelsea (2/13)
Draws: Hull (23/10), Arsenal (5/2)(nb), Wolves (23/10)(nap)
Aways: Liverpool (8/13)

Wolves quick on the draw as usual. I can see Fulham riding the crest of the wave this weekend. West Ham are broken and Zola has got away with it this year simply because there were 3 worse teams than them in the Premier League this year. 11/8 High St, 2.5 Betfair.
Accas:
Homes: Man City (5/6), Spurs (2/7), Fulham (11/
(nap), Wigan (4/5), Blackburn (5/2)
Draws: Blues (16/5), Stoke (23/10), Liverpool (14/5), Sunderland (4/1)
Aways: Wolves (21/10)(nb)

+£931 hopefully I can break the £1k mark for the season with the last bet tomorrow.
I favour Bolton tomorrow at home to Blues. Non event final day matches often result in above average performances from home sides looking towards the beach. 6/5 High St, a not much better 2.34 Betfair.
Accas:
Homes: Arsenal (1/5), Villa (4/7), Bolton (6/5)(nap), Chelsea (1/9), Everton (2/7), Man Utd (1/
.
Draws: Wolves (9/4)(nb)
Aways: Spurs (4/9), Liverpool (4/7), Man City (4/5)
Enjoy the summer. All starts again in August!

Well done dude - was hoping you would lose.
Do you win everyyear?
Overall over say the last 5 years are you up/down
And how about the WCup?

2006/7: +£218.75
2007/8: -£359
2008/9: +£111
2009/10: +£1058
This season has put me firmly in the black, but my method of betting is fairly low volatility for what is a high weekly stake.
I shall probably have some bets on laying 0-0's during the World Cup, since I find that gives me most interest in matches I would otherwise struggle to find interest in. It's also possible to go on a decent run if you're prepared to parlay it up. I'll probably lay to a £100 and see how long it takes to fall over. Very lucrative if I can go all 63 games but frankly unlikely.
Not sure why you wanted me to lose though.

Well, that didn't take long to go wrong. Won £14 on 1st match, lost £114 on second. Will start again today.QuizMaster wrote:I shall probably have some bets on laying 0-0's during the World Cup, since I find that gives me most interest in matches I would otherwise struggle to find interest in. Are you going to stick with it QM? So far with a couple of exceptions there has been a distinct lack of attacking flair and if anything the much maligned ball seems to have caused more problems for the attackers rather than the keepers.
I must admit that whilst I had the French game down as 0-0 I expected today's to have a few goals in it.
I imagine not much to be made from tonight's game if you stick to the 'rule' of laying to £100 liability.
