If you are supplying a fruit machine to a pub that has already made the relevant paperwork to the local authority(£50 annual payment) in order to have either 2 cat C or D machines without any further payment needed.
The question is, do i as the person technically supplying the machine need a suppliers licence? The gambling act 2005 is very ambigious, my brother is a lawyer and is struggling to interpret it too lol.
In this one case obviously it isn't important. But if you supplied say 20 fruities to 20 pubs, would you then need one?
Yup you defo need a license to operate or supply and where you got £50 from I dont know.. you have to pay AMLD on a cat c, which is about £900 a year too for each machine! CAT D is free , but its £5 jackpot
