Do I Need A License To Own A Fruit Machine?
Do I Need A License To Own A Fruit Machine?
Can anyone settle this arguement? I have bought a 2nd hand fruit machine, for my own personal use, it's in my kitchen and no-one else uses it but me. I have been told, by someone at work, that I still need a license to own it as I am putting coins into it (not freeplay) I find this doubtful but is it true?? Anyone savvy on UK gaming Laws??
Thanks.
Thanks.

[quote="chrissyboy1"]what about if your renting your flat out and the tenants play it? ]
A licence would then be required.
