however , i miss at least 1 out of ten on amazing/pacman ,
Little discipline = BIG issue

I miss about 1 in 10, I'd say - but that's usually due to me being under the influence! ;)

I'm far, far better at Reel Skills than Skill Continue-esque skills - always have been, probably always will be. As someone mentioned above - Roman Reels was the classic start - fast seemed easier than slow for me! Even those lightening-fast Red Stop n' Steps usually end on the red sevens for me, at worst the poxy pear, lol.

Ob, I've never missed white Roman Reels on Caeser's on Infiniti, approx 8/8 for me. Pity I can't say the same about the Electra cabs, must have missed that [7] a few times.
Infiniti has the same fault on Caeser's that it has on Rollercoaster roll up, sometimes that reel will spin on, had that twice, quick moment of wtf? Then relief as it spins back around to [7].
Strangely enough I've missed roll ups twice on Rollercoaster (£70), never the original(!), it's a tad faster, or appears faster on the Infiniti. IN fact the first time was in aa pub. I suppose if the programmer was watching me, then he'd have had a good chuckle about it. Not that there's any reason to suspect that the programmer would be watching me, it's hardly likely is it?

As for skills, I like dialesque, and S-K-I-L-L-T-H-I-S-Y-O-U-M-U-T-H-A style skills, never been a big fan of Roman Wilds. Cluedo did have both!

What would be interesting would be to talk about the brain processes behind the skills, maybe a later thread.

Manys the time on a dial, £20 to £35, win stopper, on fast chip, you'd just see what looked like a random dappling on the dial, however with the right brain tricks.......GOOD ONE! Such a good feeling...It's a jackpot.

As for misses on WILD, not often, did miss a £5 Panther recently. Playing it randomly, arcade attendent started watching and had already commented about SKILL (no....stop it there, pointless stopping it there), so I just went a bit too noncholant and missed, that's my excuse anyway.

I also missed [7] on super carry on caeser on the Infiniti. LED displays MATCH MIX alternately, whilst start and collect are lit. Alas I didn't notice permanently active collect and pressed MATCH start on [7], needless to say it was something like plums, so I chased it and ended up losing best part of a nifty as I started experimenting as well. Anyway I've sidetracked. Again.

Definitely! I do a 'mental' 1-2, 1-2, 1-2, 1-2, ONE! on the fast electros. Anticipation is key, also...

Exactly how I hit it! Except it's more 1-2-Bang! Just to save time really.

The Do You Feel Lucky's were a bit different in a 1-2-1-Bang!

(Don't know why I put the "Bang" in there, I mean, it's not like the machine exploded or anything).

Heh, I know exactly what you mean. ;) I sometimes alternate though from hitting it on the '2' or the '1'. I find I miss the wild after the '7' more than after the yellow bar - I suppose going for the first one gives you a bit more of a buffer (the 2nd one is on it's way). But yeah, I'd say 90% for me generally... :)

I believe BGM in his claim, seen him hit it without a care in the world. Also ob probably would be the same too.

I can mention others as well, although they probably wouldn't want their names to be brought up. I have one friend who could even go as far to name where the numbers on the reels would be when he hit shoot em up on arcadias, he could do this 1 minute in advance, crazy stuff. Only time he ever missed was on purpose when being watched one time.

As for my, my eyesight is atrocious but its about 98%. I miss the odd one usually due to losing focus and being too lazy to regain it!
Bored of the grind.

Agreed

What I find funny though is that I have a good success rate on Panthers, but on Rattle n Roll, I've been awful. The reel stops more suddenly when you hit the button I think

i hit the 1st wild on slowest speed, if u hit winline winline it go's faster but i hit under under then winline winline then it gets faster so its a bit higher up when it speeds up then i do a 1,,,2 1,,,2 1,,,2 then 1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2 then i find i cant say 1 2 fast enough in my head on the fastest speed so i do a heartbeat style b,bm,b,bm,b,bm,b,bm,b,bm,b,bm.

I'm with others....the mid one is the hardest to hit of them all. The fast one is fine. I've missed plenty in my time, usually solid enough though. I also thought LR was a bit skippy to start off, hardest of the bunch to hit.
