Haha! There's something about the name Matt! ;) Believe me, it sounds ridiculous sometimes the luck I get, but also had some serious non-luck too.

Anyone played an Amazing thast simply will not offer the feature? Did someone from 'crest read my post about how to chip it? lol. I had Maze will be more than £35 (gave me the £70) and a £70 shot that as soon as it landed on said 'Press Hold 1 for IM', so MS'd that board. But from this one unit now, I've not been offered CC?!

That was all part of the spawn-fest that I enjoyed a couple of weeks ago. Not been up to much since, although I did find a DMT last night which played very nice - surprisingly, considering it's location!

Will be out for a beer this evening (anyone down this way?!) so may approach a few units. ;)

Yep, I don't want to seem like I'm lucky bashing and I'd never want to supress someone's natural posting angles, but I'm going to blaspheme for a bit and jump right into agreement with you on this one...Jesus.....God.......The Lord.......Christ.........Mary.........Joseph......that donkey in the stable........Heaven's above........Blimey!/Crikey! (think these are both blasphemous, abv. for 'Christ blind me!' - Istenem as resident wordsmith will confirm/refute)

Back on track.

In my best Ob interrogating me on MSN voice, let's start with the £69.90 you got on Al Murray.

Now, I've got a bit of experience on this game. In fact it used to be down Showboat on 92% before they really got 'Riva' fied and the %s dropped. £70ers on 86%.....lo tech £25/£35 are on 78%, T777 games on 84%....pretty harsh. With the long cycles some of these games have I require 98% to feel like I have a sporting chance to play it out. On 84% it just feels like you need to get lucky off the bat, otherwise it's £400 in for a sausage.
Anyway %gripe aside, the game will go through a phase of giving £70 boards, before it'll go in for MS. So you didn't necessarily have MS that board Matt.
The 92% Al Murray was a lovely game...nicely forceable and had a hidden £70-£140ish dump to main. So the luckiest I ever got was a few cycled boards for £10ish up and then back to back £70....sweet...happened to some others a few times as well.
What's my pont so far? Nothing, but keep reading something intelligent may get said, but I doubt it.
Anyway there were a couple of signs that when there, I'd be confident of making a £20+ raise on playing it out, it really was a great machine.

Usually the pattern would be, well let me describe a typical play out, £80 in for £70, then reforce and £50 in for £70, so £10 up here and then afters to make £20-£30 profit. The '£70' would often be a £68 cashpot.
I found no advantage to KBing or playing for Mega, if it wanted to dump the other pot, it could do so at any time.

The point is that when 'there' on 92% significantly higher than a pub's %, the force would usually take £50-£90. Also the streak was rare.

Now once I found the machine showing signs in a services. It did seem to be really buzzing, so turning down a quick £10 raise, I went in and OH MY GOD YOU MUST BE SHAKIRA OH WAIT YOU'RE CATHERINE ZETA NO ACTUALLY it took £140 for the flat £70 with the 'afters' being £10 in for £10 out until the 70% was complied with. Thanks. Makes you wonder where that initial buzz disappears to.

Yes a pub is usually 78%, so not such a horror story, but still £30 for £70 is within the range of 'substantially lucky'.
In the average pub, if I were to go for one of these, bearing in mind that £15 darts etc is not much of a sign, if I were to go in and see my signs, based on the services mauling, I'd not go in... I'd certainly expect it to be close to the £70 knuckle.

£30 for £70, chance you got a bonus £70, but whatever, super spawn. Did you try and replicate at come later date?

Even if you say it was gambling to £20 off the bat, you had £30 off darts ect that in itself is incredibly lucky. That must have been a pub of gambling mentaloids, similar to that mentaloid that filled up GM's Knockout for other Matt. People happy to shove in a £20, get offerred £25, mug it off and walk away. Just doesn't happen around here, if it did, I'd write it down in a book, such would be the magnitude of the event.

I think a lot of it is down to selective posting. I rarely post about winnings and luck, unless it's super luck. I will always post miserable losses though. Maybe I just love to wallow in pessimism, whilst we all know Mr. Vinyl wallows elsewhere.....
My one bit of super luck was £3 in GATW on a matrix DOND for £140.
That's my quota for the calendar year...oops jinx, probably decade or lifetime.
Yeah I've had £30 for £70 on DOND GOLD, but I'd no more post that than if I had £110 for £70 on DOND GOLD.
Luck is getting a super run of nap on program or finding something stupidly ready.
Things such as 'found a stepping ET, took two out of it and it was still stepping????!?!?? lol'
Or Terminators gambling to top and doing £105s off £10......
Then you have your Rainbow Riches brigade who will happily (?) lose 2k and not tell a soul then the next time they put in £300 for £500, the whole world knows about it, what gripes me here is that it makes the machines look like good value on these forums and others when in fact, due to profiles, ALL T777 games are VERY POOR VALUE.

To win £300 on no doubt matrix DONDs/cashpots/Reds/just there 'coins/the odd Charlie 3 Post Office/knowing Vinyl loadsa loadsa Pokerfaces etc is either an indication of incredible freshness of amazing luck. Talking of which to have no Ransden's of the latter on a run is lucky imo.

Ramble over.
