my cabin fevers 4th reel (number reel) is out of sync

if it's not alarming,i'd say the reel band has probably slipped round a bit .there should be markings on the reel band and the holder that should be alligned to help you sort this.

if that does'nt work you might like to check for battery leakage on the board

I doubt it in this particular case... always worth checking regularly though, it could save you a world of circuit board related pain!

yeah ,battery's probably not the culprit.more likely to be a loose program card.

Hmmm... yes. Perhaps they could try switching it off and then back on again?

Have you checked nothing is catching/obstructing the reel from spinning free when the door is closed, eg loose wiring,bulb masking, etc.
