Ahh but you can miss it if it refuses to go to it!
Like I said in the Sub Zero post - I agree!

If a machine is playing reasonably well, I won't collect these Red features - the top is usually close, and that way you are guaranteed at least the £25... :)

They can do. You could say it's a good and a bad thing that the next top is never particularly obvious. I've seen £50 tops followed within 3 quids worth of credit do another 75 off the top.

So to answer your question about should you have tried for more, you could potentially go on forever... However if it were me I'd have looked at the next 3 or 4 boards - looking specifically to see whether FTF is lit red, and whether it's allowing fruit steps to bring in blue or red sevens. One of the best ways of judging whether another top is there or not seems to be if you get Choose a Trail off the bonus - if it wants to play it'll dump you near the top of the board, on 10 or 11 nudges and the gambles tend to win. That's the only obvious sign I've noted from playing these.

Definitely key these machines and be very wary playing them in refill pubs, more so than other machines like DNA or Pink Panther which at least give good indications that they're dead.
This machine may at times offer a choice where the player has every chance of bankruptcy

just taken £100 off of this machine. went on with 45 to refill put a tenner in. this machine doesn't like small wins or anyone taking the red features. always play a tenner and see if it gets u up to £10 on the blue sevens. if it does worth persisting. i have now had 3 £75 repeats and 1 £100 in the last 2 weeks each time not putting more then £20 in and not collecting small wins. DNA is very similar and we have that in the same pub. do not play this machine. it gives you small wins on the DNA symbols and this messes up the chip and thinks your winning a lot. you have been warned

Class! So you're saying, it's great as you've had all manner of good tops off of it, but don't play it as the DNA on the reels buggers you up?

It is not out of the ordinary to get a good bank of £40-£50 off of DNA 'Reel Wins' without causing a block to come down on the board... Involves a technique which most of us know now (I'm not gonna post it though!).

Remember - Always stop at a Red, and gimme 5, gimme 5, gimme 5!

:D

LOL - It is indeed good advice!

As we've all talked about many times before - Reds are great. (I don't work for Red by the way lol!) Always a nice feeling when you get on the board and those features/exchanges glow nice and red...! ;)

Heh-heh! Sorry, that made me chuckle...

I'm gonna remember that line about messing chips up!

Hey fella, (joey2nip) you may well have done well on this machine, which is cool. Might just wanna read up a bit more about the actual in's and out's of fruitees in general. Not only will it stop you being a target for abuse, you'll no doubt start to have a better time on any machines that you do play...

Back to Life's a Beach, got a cracking streak of this tonight. :)

Forced out Sunny Money from about £20 in, and it went for £25. Still very much red, so i went for another one. Lost a Number Runner, £10 and £15 gamble, before finally getting another top for £25. The first board after it offered a green fly the flag. Took this as i didn't want to force another top, and it gave £35! £25, followed by £10. Never heard of anything like it! Next board wasn't bad, and gave a green toggle which i somehow shanked for £4. Decided to call it day after this, and left it a good £40 up.

The good old Red staggered streak - can't beat it! :D

Played this tonight, on the first board the way it let me on was random stop for ten nudges.
Offered me a couple of red features but knocked them back.
Killed me on the £10 i think, force was definately on however even i was suprised to get it two boards later for £50.
Then ended taking a few small wins and a £15 (on a 6) ended up £80 for less than a tenner.

Then machine next to it cant remeber the name, a newish one where you can play on red and is offers streaks hotshot or something? and is a maygay i think, was dropping first pound and offered £8 on the board.

Forced that for the top streak flat £25 but succesive good boards £63 out for 30ish in.
Tidy profit for the night.
Some times it just all goes your way!

Yeah Hot shots mate.

King Kerching is way better, and far nicer on offering IM's and Good Cashpots.

Watch those Maygays for the delightful top Streak/IM/Jackpot run. in any order

One i even had a King streak on KK for £50 followed by an JP on cash shots, followed by another King streak and finishing with an IM and a 25 streak. A lovely £125 for £30 in. It was all board after board, bar the last one, quite incredible. If these are full they go absoluetely mental!

Totally agree king.

IN my opinion, if you are playing these fruits then play for the skill cash on the 'king' game. Was playing the new 'Jewel in the crown' (How many machines are going to get this name!!!!), it is basically a clone of the Hotshots, King kerching etc.

Had some decent results with streaks which have gone for £50 with afters as well. Just beware that they can offer £15 wins and seem that they are going well and then go dead for a further £30 untill JP/Top feature is offered!

Also i have put £32 in before in a king kerching in my local spoons without a board!
