Ok, i don't really talk on this quiz section, normally on the fruity side of things.
Anyways i do occasionally play the quiz's and have done a few empties such as top of the pops, phrase that pays, connect 4s etc. Anyhows, saw this game and im sure this is do-able. I mean if you have a bit of intellegence you could do these. And surely eventually the same questions will come up.
Any 1 tried it? Pm if sensitive.

Re: Choose to lose?
It's been discussed a bit on the itBox 66 thread toothless. I haven't played anything for a few weeks due to holiday then ill health, but my observations before that were that this game does look, on first sight, very appealing: 0/20 or 20/20 - how hard can that be when half the questions have come up before? But it's very cleverly programmed to stop you getting your target score, appears to have huge amounts of spoilers, and can switch between two- and four-option questions as needed to stop you. And at £1 a pop, the losses can mount. I had lots of 1/20s on this, but never a 0/20 - it's deceptively difficult, and eventually I cut my losses. Good luck if you do decide to take it on; it won't be straightforward.toothless11 wrote:Ok, i don't really talk on this quiz section, normally on the fruity side of things.

I've stopped pursuing this already. In reality, you've got to get to a confidence level to be able to answer 20 questions correctly or incorrectly, and the nature of the 2 answer control means unless you actually know the answers, it becomes a coin toss lottery.
Punters seem to like it for the novelty value though.

Stupid punters. Telly all the week, screw the wife Saturday
The other control it has is that it will not only offer lots of 50/50s - and some are basically guesses - it will speed up the timer to an extent that only a fast timer on Caesar's Palace would be comparable, and I suspect it's even faster that that.
I wouldn't discourage anyone from playing this one - it's not a bad little game by any means - but you really shouldn't think it offers any 'free' money.
