party time anomaly

the firms' party time arena player 4 seems to have developed a strange habit of not recording a bottom reels jackpot in the bank.3 times in the last week we have been called to it by irate customers explaining that they have had a jackpot on the reels and it has'nt banked it...........right what is the strange bit is the fact that when the remaing credits have been played you can still collect the invisible winnings. The alpha is working fine and all other wins are banked normally.anyone got plausible answer to this?

Could be RAM corrupt so try a RAM clear,The Hopper level will need to be reset after a RAM clear though.

clear the ram the PROPER way as shown in the manual by the DIL switches, shorting the battery on astras doesnt always clear the lot
