A week with the £70 and hopper sizes.....
A week with the £70 and hopper sizes.....
Well had my first collection from the new 70 pound fruities in the pub this week and it was about half of what I usually got from the 35 pounders.
Now this was explained to me by the games company that now the hoppers are £350 (they were previously £250) that some of my money was held back this week to increase the hopper value in each machine !!
Bloody brilliant !!
Lets see what happens with the next few collections............not convinced myself.

This illustrates the lack of intelligence and open-ness from the distributors - pub landlords (no offence, I'm sure you're not in this category!) are not the most intelligent folks themselves, and if they see a drop in takings then they will react accordingly without thinking about why, especially if they haven't been educated themselves by the distributor.whiteswan wrote:Well had my first collection from the new 70 pound fruities in the pub this week and it was about half of what I usually got from the 35 pounders.

If I had my own distribution company, I'd make all landlords/pub managers aware of this happening before the install of new machines, otherwise it's natural to think that you're being screwed or the new jackpots are going to lead to a decrease in takings.
Bored of the grind.

Is that because people are winning to much or that no one is playing it?
hard to believe a filled up hopper could be empty within an hour of the collector leaving (barring some sort of empty?)
