Power 5

Post by Alpine021 »

I know a player that plays these and raves about them?

Anybody else go out of their way for these?

Erm, no. They are shit, no shortcuts on chipped ones, you just have to get spawny on them. Leave alone.

They're brilliant. Wait for someone to get a flash and buy it off them for £15. Probably what that player is doing.

I have none left AT ALL, let alone ones that actually work ...
This machine may at times offer a choice where the player has every chance of bankruptcy

I have had a resurgence of the feckers. Well I did a couple of months ago, had three in one stretch of pubs in Houv alone at one point. All chipped. Not been back to recheck pubs, probably all still there.

Timing is key on this one, you can spend days on end sitting in the pub 'in view' of the machine, watching as abougt £2 goes in per day. And then, like Chess, when the timing is right, you, strike! <Jeff Goldblum mode off!>

But no, I don't go out of the way for these at all and generally won't bother with them unless I have a £15 ready to 'utilise' or have seen a buckletload poured in.

I detest Power 5 lol.. play it for a board, best part of a tenner in about 20 seconds, 50p win, gamble.. DONK! Oh dear, 5 minutes later and thats 50 quid gone and i'm in a foul mood. Better to avoid :D

Heres an unexpected piece of fortune for me...... had a day out trying to make a few quid today, finished the run and ended up having a few drinks, by this time its 4ish, i've had a couple and suggest a board on an chipped P5???? i got stopper off the first £2 and out the corner of my eye i'm certain i see it offer mega streak, but unfortunately my reactions are not up to scratch :o ops: and i finish up with £2.50 :o ops: , luckily this was the flash (my 3rd ever and i've played stacks) that went £35, next board did the same :D

I did notice someone watching and asking if he could buy the board off me, i was in 2 minds whether to sell it or not but when he only offered £20 i knew i was on for a £70.
