No and no, he's not quite as a big an house hold name as some of the big guns, but a very good player and fairly well known and you will of heard of him if you follow snooker regular.

Hmm. Good at snooker. Got a century break. That really narrows it down.
Well, I used to see Alan McManus quite often in a pub called the Griffin, which is quite similar to a Phoenix (in that they don't exist) so I'll go for him.

I'll chip in with one.
Having just been watching Selby v Higgins a snooker related question just popped into my head!
I was watching eurosport a few months back and they had billiards on. The commentators were talking about French and English billiards.
What is the main difference between the two? (sorry if this is easy but I didn't know there were two different games!)
