Ram clear on maygay

Hi people can someone tell me how to do a full ram clear or reset on a epoc

Usually works by shorting out the battery on the main board - machine switched off obviously!

what by just putting a single wire from plus to minus on the battery
how long do you hold the wire there for. tech imjust latning the battery then ?

"Clear Memory" is an option in the extended test menu on Epoch machines. Test 9.2
To enter extended tests, hold the collect/stop button will simultaneously pressing the red test button next to the hopper.
