Dodgiest bloke id ever met in my life. It was 3 in the morning at motoway services on the m23. I started talking to him about mtr's and stuff and then suddenly he was offering me this mtr and the dond was turned off claimed he had empty'd it but i think he was on the rinse and wanted to get some easy cash. I told him if he could prove it then i would pay the money there and then. What could i do?

Ouch, I would have tried to take him to a different services if it was possible if you knew of any others DONDs and asked him to show you.

Was he playing the machines off by heart as if he knew every hold and feature etc

I didnt at the time. Since then they have sprung up everywhere!! Ive got at least 4 in my area. Its a shame but never mind. It sounded too good to be true from the off. Far too cheap!

Look at it this way - if some1 told me they had an emptier and was on the machine....

I'd simply say that i'd go away for whatever length of time he needed to get a big bank up. Then i'd go back - if the bank was massive etc i'd get the money out of the bank and say show me and i'll give u the money.

If he wants money first give him a small percentage of it or whatever.

You have to weigh up risk versus potential profit.

I'd want to see damn good proof though.

Not really, can try and trap the box on the right for a direct middle game, max that board out (if ready will pass bar trek etc), if not hope for a spawny DOND. These are pretty tight for good boxes if you ask me, hardly ever seem to get them!
