Well, it all comes round so quickly - doesn't it ..
The floorplan looks a little gappy at the moment, and interestingly they seem to have given the entire ground floor over to the so-called 'International Gaming Expo' (IGE) in an attempt to distance the gambling-orientated exhibitors from the Children's Rides/Vending Machine/etc operators, which now seems to be the part they want to call the ATEI. Bellfruit are conspicuous by their absence.
The odd thing is that there seems to be no mention of entry to and from the ATEI into the IGE - indeed there're two seperate registration pages, and unlike previous years, no encouragement to move from one exhibition to the other.
Does anyone happen to know what the arrangement is this year ... are they trying to ringfence the ordinary folk like me, and keep the champagne quaffers out of harms way?
ATEI 2009
The layout seems more or less the same as last year but with all AWP and SWP manus/operators in the IGE rather than the ATEI as previously. You will still be able to move from one to the other but you will need two badges. The main difference between the two being under 18s are not allowed in IGE. The ATEI wont be of much interest unless you are into arcade games anyway.
