Well we won which is the main thing 
England were not as poor as all the media will make out though, yes we failed to score for a long time but did Trinidad really look like scoring except for one chance?

I wouldn't rest anyone, the next game is important if we want to win the group.
To me it depends on what Germany do.
If we have to draw with/beat Sweden(Let's face it we always have problems with them) Then i'd play something close to full strength.
Allthough if germany finish second, we should play a slightly weakened team.
Personally i'd give Crouchy a shot in goal, and see if James is any more use outfield if that was the case, and maybe even play Jenas...
