maygay problem

hi all i wonder if you could help me?

i have just bought a maygay trivial persuit machine made in 1996.
i know there is poewr to it as i get 1 red led on the main bord. but thats it nothing els.
any ideas wot could be wrong with it?

i know this is a verry fun game and would love to play it soon

also noticed corsion on battery on the bord.
will this caus the machine to stop compleatly if it is the battery?

The answer is yes,it can stop the machine from working. A corroded and leaking battery will cause untold damage to the board.Get the battery removed and the board checked out.
