my macene wont work :(

hi all i wonder if you could help me?

i have just bought a maygay trivial persuit machene made in 1996.
i know there is poewr to it as i get 1 red led on the main bord. but thats it nothing els.
any ideas wot could be wrong with it?

i know this is a verry fun game and would love to play it soon
