Your All-Time Favourite Machine

Post by Bertster_ADS »

What have been your fav. machines over the years ?

I started playing 2p machines when I was 10 or 11, which is 17 or 18 years ago.

Machines that I can think of that I particuarly liked playing were Fairground, Drop the Lot, Rollercoaster, Fairground, Cops n' Robbers, Viva Las Vegas, Each Way Nudger.

On the other hand, machines I hated playing, or always lost loadsa dollar on without ever winning much back that I can think of would be Dr. Who ("exterrrrrrrrrminatttttte" all the fukking time when you landed on a ?), Simpsons Meltdown one (would always nail you dead very close to the top feature), Crystal Maze (pi$$ poor and, again, always 'chinned' you on a question mark), Big Brother (just sh1t, imo)

Et toi :? : :) 8) :) [/b]

Thats 3 of some of my best machines from years gone by. Dr Who was awsome at the time on either £6 or £8 JP. Tardis 1st move regualarly or Warp for £4/£8 repeater. Simpsons Meltdown for it's regular £45 streak and same with big brother. The £25 version was alot tighter but on £15 it was as good as PCB.
My favourite is probably Full Moon Fever or Red Alert.

Isn't it ironic that the machines mentioned are old and in the main part Barcrests.

C'mon Barcrest, pull yer socks up and start making great machines again.

Please. :)
