Tooling is using a rod or a net in order to obtain money illegally.
Say your rodding, you place the rod inside the machine, you then put in £2 coin.
The £2 coin will land on the rod. The rod will have a bit of plastic running up the middle, this is known as the slider. The coin will land on the slider, and when you pull the slider down the £2 will land at the bottom of the rod.
When it does, you simply pull the £2 out and have your cash back and a free £2 worth of credits. The rod still being in position, repeat and play your free credits, repeat till empty.
