Yuo know them horse Cart Rides you can get on Blackpool Promenade? There was an incident the other day involving a horse not doing its job properly. As you probably know the horses tow them carts up and Down there all day with no problems making the life of the Rider very very simple. However there was a horse towards the back of the line which was struggling to keep up with the others. The Rider of the horse was pushing it as hard as he could, and then started HITTING it with a whip. The Horse in Question was named Detroit City
