New Dongles???

With the new dongles in bellfruit Scorp6 machines costing a fair wack, pubs will be lowing % payouts to 76 maybe 74 will this affect the players and punters?

A lot of places here are already 76%/74%. I now consider 78% to be high :/

I don't think there is too much correlation between the dongles and pub %, too many middlemen as it were, suppliers, landlords, pub chains etc
