well my wife and me have a system that negates the need for any arguments .

basically my day her day my day her day etc (short of going on holiday etc) .

this means on my day , i can do whatever i like , be it slotting all day ,or staying at home on the playstation or whatever i chose to do with it .

and up to tracy on her day what we do ,,,,,,,,,,,,, weather thats shopping , looking round ikea (please god not again ) or whatever .............. however if she sends me out slotting on her day , i give her half the profit,,,,,,,,,,,, so with that incentive , im out almost every day :P

those with moaning partners should try it , afterall , half the take is better than no take , whilst walking round women's clothes shops etc.

well you'll find given time , with that attitude , you'll lose your better half ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, with the hours the average slotter does ,,,,,,,,,,,, its a lonely life for any slotters wife.

its all about give and take ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, give em a little incentive , so that its them sending you slotting , and so they feel they are still in control ..

I don't have a problem with my gf, b/c I can balance things pretty well between work and play (and I'm calling machines work here).

But I like Lee's arrangement too, and def agree about the implications of not keeping a girl if the balance is wrong.

On that subject, how many players actually have women?? There are many factors why this percentage would be low...

1) Social Ineptitute of many
2) Unsociable Hours of the job/terrible lifestyle
3) Hard to meet people except barstaff who usually hate you

Been with my gf about 6 months i used to work 9-1am sometimes everyday near enough travelling the uk. Now i do a lot less usually 9-6, most days. she works fri and saturday nite because she is a nurse, so i can do my hits late at night so i dont have to go for doors. enough times ive been on a machine and she wants picking up and ive just left it buzzing. plenty more things in life than puttin in 90 hour weeks like i used to haha. i still do ok. I used to be abousoultly relentless on machines, if i had something i went crazy, extreme days i made 13,000 pounds in a month 7 days a week all day. I see players still doin this its ok in your teens but do you want to get to 40 and still be on ur own with a wedge in the bank and depressed gota think aout other things in life. im only in my early 20's but i still think to the future

the mods and admin probably wouldn't allow it ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, but perhaps we should have a readers (slotters) wives pinup page ahem????? or maybe i should take a cold shower :P

for added authenticity , not sure tracy will let me put 2 staples in her though before i take the photo.

I keep what i do during the day well away from the girlfriend, and try to mention it as little as possible. I'll never play anything if i'm out with her either, it's just beyond rude. She's dealing with it pretty well until i find a real job sometime soon hopefully

I've had nearly 6 years of this full time now, i need a break!! :x

surely it depends whether it is a gamebird or a bird of prey?

if you have a hobby it can't do much harm, whereas, if you are protecting a shag you need to be more careful. a pair of great tits might be good to look at but some other bustard has always been there first. (etc. etc. etc.)
