yep ,and westside you dont get that harsh wind from the north sea during winter(the one that gives you jaw ache) ,like you do in gy,felixstowe ,lowey,skeg,scarb,clacton,hunstanton(lol),southend,margate,walton ,hopton,caister,dovercourt,corton,etc
