Is there a problem with the water in the east of England or is it inbreeding as it seems to produce more than the national average of mentally retarded people ?

Must confess I found it mildly amusing too :)

Although it's the fact that the OP can't string a sentence together, and therefore is in no position to be critical, that amuses me ...
