Nightmare Day

Post by jeffvickers »

Yep, we all have 'em.

Invincible £220 involved for £125. (All Red Bar 1 1st board)
DOND 4Reeler £200 in for £35 out. (No I was'nt forcing.) Usually, I would have had the discipline to walk away with a £10 loss on this if not showing the signs but I was drinking pints and the frustration of getting fuc*ed on the Invincible increased this alcohol consumption.
I bet the cunt is due its ever so rare £105 flash (rather than the £43).
Reason for it playing dreadful. (was only £30 off with n/c with money in the bottom.

Times like these, you question your future playing, but no, lunch time approaches, go to your little pinches and try and make £50.

I have no sympathy for the DOND.

But that Red story is a disgrace, how much did it take for the first top?

Well the Donday, in an arcade, with those stats, I'd be well tempted to go for the proper one. AS for a pub, potential to be 70% payout and slow streak save, well you could be on it all year for the proper flash.

I've always got sympathy for an unlucky day. Hard luck.

Thanks Lugsy and yes, Driftnet will let you get away with murder, as long as you advocate buying laser guns, hopper blasting diode fiddlers and car key fobs at errr, knockdown prices.
Fake emptiers go down a treat there as well, so Justin Credible should be in his element.

Hopper holds £125. Next board only 1 red, couldnt be arsed playing it for the sake of an IOU in a fire pub anyway

Yeah would probably have gone again anyway....they can do £35, £70 and even £105 on the after-red-roll you get when your really involved. I had one today in fact. Full, ARB1 £10er first board, £45 in for flat, flat again after....reds went....still through the blocks....gambled out for a £70 soon after.
