Never really been an issue for me, I've always been even tempered, even in my more testosterone fuelled days.
I think being a teacher has helped for the last 15 years, you train yourself not to let your fuse get too short in the face of challenges.
Now poker, I could quite easily put my fist through the lappy most days of the week.

Done nearly £1k in a £500 Joker Poker on Saturday. Never batted an eyelid nor hit machine once. Swore many times as it fucked me over on a 3 on £60 on numerous occasions.

Just gotta take the hit and move on. More annoyed with myself for allowing involvement in a nightmare waiting to happen. Oh and I think I spat at a jiggy bank about a month ago.

I'm the talk to myself for being such a prick than a violent smash the machine/break buttons.

Service stations are great to do swede in tho, you can shout and scream as much as you like. Its a shame the non welcome break ones now shut at 11 tho. Had so many laughs into the wee hours with battles on 70% reds and extremes!!

As the BFK said tho we once smeared ice cream all over a £5 JTRNR that the most disgraceful program I have ever seen. Did not I repeat did NOT give holds only roll in boards!!! Needless to say, we took a bit of a beating on that one.

Have to say i'm on the cool as a cucumber side. Can't be bothered getting all stressed, normally just laugh to myself if its a load of shit loss when you'd normally win.

hmm, reading this and thinking back a bit, i think i may be a bit bipolar

i' taken big losses in the £££'s and done no more than just say a few four letter words quietly to myself, to having to restrain myself from punching people for loosing a tenner

my new anger management is chucking the rest of my drink on/down the side of the machine. i no its childish, but it clears the red mist nicely

I'm a little bit random. I can take big hits on the chin and walk out morose and other days I can start getting all humpfy as TAXI takes ages to go to the square I want.
