It does seem to have a mind of its own lol
Ron seems to think maybe the memory card may be a option to try and change, but obviously getting hold of the parts is not so easy!
Hope can get it sorted somehow.

Access
Memory.
It's the bit where the machine stores info as it goes along - volume, running percentage, accounting info etc.
If you mean which chip it is then I haven't the faintest clue on these machines!
One for the Mecca methinks.

Re: % payout problems.
steve9976 wrote:Not much help, but i have a Global Treasure Hunt with a persistantly low payout %. I have tried new % key, different % setings, RAM clear, battery and software update, with no success. So all I can think off is a board fault where it always gets the maths wrong.
Have you checked the % payout in the (extended) test routines? should tell you what its achieving.
Also have you changed the battery? or just checked it?
If it gives a mem reset alarm on a regular basis it'll be the battery CPC do em for about £5.
Global machines always run under there aiming % (to accommodate the dumps) but it shouldn't be too far off track.
If you do need a board pm me. (I assume you are referring to the eclipce MPU?)
