Glueing middle button down

Post by toothless11 »

You know how all the cluedos, rovers etc are always getting constantly done and never streak because once they are there you can get them straight away. My mate glues down the middle button for like 10 ten days and then releases it. All the money it gets back and the players can't get super hold or do wild thing, it builds up enough buzz to streak. Anyone come across any yet or is it just down here?

Unfortunately Rob some people resort to this sort of thing because they don't like being beaten to a machine.

Unfortunately it doesnt guarantee a streak. I chased a rovers here once that i knew hadn't probably ever been froced, and did no better than any other. Conversely i've had loads of good cluedo chases here that i do all the time. Today i had one go £48 MS, £61 SSS MS (random, why it stopped at £26 on the second go i don't know), GUAC for £35 and a fiver board rolled in straight after. Was a good £45 up there which was nice!

i still don't get how the person who glued it in the first place would wedge it when it came to them wanting to play it?

this was quite commn a few years back...

you just put a blob of superglue in the button, and chip it out with a tiny screwdriver or keyring...

or just hit the button really hard

i have to say that this smells of bullshit, when the machine is turned on in the morning it would alarm as the button is registering as being pressed aka alarm mode = no play till fixed. maybe if the button was popped yes, but glued no.
