'Gambling Should be Fun'

Post by mjd »

I think its about time they changed those Stickers to :

'Gambling USED to be fun'

We used to complain abuot £5 boards. In todays Climate I just have to ask 'Why'? Its more like £8 boards now Just to go higher than a 3 lots of times before you lose. Then you get a mega streak and it gives you the minimum, once again...............

Those Mega Streaks paying out Minimum amounts was the difference between profit and loss today.. Im definately stopping with the slotting... Its just become really pointless and a waste of time..

I do think that red top features are not misleading if you have a bit of knowledge on most machines.

No machine can 'guarantee' you over the JP amount, of course, but on machines like the GM breed, you 'know' you have the 'chance' of up to 3x£35 if you get the top feature red. It's either going to be £35, £70 or £105. This makes sense to me, and no doubt most of us on here.

What I can't understand is machines like RtR and Carribean Cash (old edition, and probably the newer one too, although I haven't had the misfortune of playing that yet). These give you 'the same' if they are red or standard, what is with that? I find that the standard issue version of these features often gives more? :|

Losing 20+ pounds feeding a machine on 50p play megaspins within 2 minutes (then finding it has anti-force shit), lots of fun!!!!!!!

Seriously though other than machines with rips/emptiers, machines are crappier than they have ever been right now.

Haven't you played a new mazooma?!? I'd never complain about an £8 again if it was an alternative to a £20 board on a Jiggy Bank / Hot Prop to see 1 board (house, house, house...bonus [going red]), house, dead)...lovely!

Absolute joke!

Also, the £20 in 30 seconds on megaspin doesn't really bother me as, although it can cost to try the block, it comes into its own when you're chasing!
