Bully ???
Bully ???
Don't know the full name, its named after the old darts tv show. Theres a few different stakes / games you can play, £5 play gets you straight aiming on the money board. £1 play true or false, £1 play double money (i think) and 50p standard game. I usually play the true or false £1. Getting quite addicted to this at the minute and doing ok on it.
Anyone else played this? My mate lost £40 playing the £5 game and didnt win a thing, it just kept jumping when aiming for the cash.

there is a minimum amount of skill to the second section of the game. phil taylor wouldnt be able to get the bullseye, the way hes been playing he would be lucky to hit the board. However it generally pays to 'aim' at the lower amounts. unless ive missed something pro quiz machine players would avoid the £5 game.
there are probably more mentions of Bullseye on this message board than any other game , so its easy to research all aspects of it as recorded by the serious players on here - in short you can only get skill darts at the low prizes so why anyone would play the £5 game is beyond me , i would love to have seen how the 50p play game played after someone lost £40 on the £5 play board !

This is fine as long as you have a reliable screen. A lot of the itboxes with curved glass can be quite dodgy as regards the timing.CrosbyRules wrote:Am i the only person winning on bully, 2 in for 5 is so frequent recently, helps I don't miss a dart, so checking out 151 is a doddle, also, just hit 2 quid and gamble for 5 or 6.
On a lsightly different note, does anyone remember the 'original' "Bully" which has appeared on an Open terminal near me. Not as easy to win on IMO as the later variants which have been around for so long I had forgotten ever playing this other version. (It has skill dats, variety of bonuses, boost to next cash prize etc)

oh yes, where you played the goofy guy with a gut. looks a bit like the fella who has popped up on that boozy gamesnet game Doris's bar or something.
bullseye is always worth looking at imo. enough mugs play it to almost guarantee doubling your money if that's your sort of thing.

nobody ever wins on those things.

Bullseye
First time I saw this version of the game (having previously spent time on the basic 50p per game no other options) game, I thought I'd go straight to £5 end-game, since I reasoned that this would be an end game WITHOUT questions (i.e. keep going till darts used up), for that sum of money, right ?
Wrong.
Still same old end game, losing questions loses game.
Be warned.
BTW, my local ITBox has just re-installed Pop quiz : NOT the Mike Reid one, the one where you accumulate 'sales', ladder on left hand side shows you the money etc....
Still a good game to play if it's in a good mood, i.e. low level for first pound, sales boosts in bonus questions etc. Took a very easy £4 on one game; very enjoyable.
