My best £1 in was when I put 100 1p pieces into the coin mech at once, which shorted it out, causing a fire.
The fire caused severe structural damage to the cabinet, enabling me to remove the hopper, note holder and cashbox before activating the fire alarm.
In the ensuing chaos, I made good my escape and left with £400 notes and another £700 coins.
Not had one do that since, though.
Best £1 in ever.
Put £1 in a machine in peterborogh on the way to a football game few weeks ago --- press start and on the little screen it flashed - " all the way " I been very new and never playing the machine before didnt realise but a friend quickly jumped in " Watch this then, Trust me" so i did and he dropped £35 + repeat chance which pulled off a nice £70 sorted him out £20 because i had no idea and would most likely not got the full 70 without him
First JP repeat i have ever got

Makes me laugh when people have no idea.
I remember when some pensioner was playing a PCB back in the old £15 days and it was so off its tits it was actually unbelievable.
I think it spun 12 in on the reels and the bonus was at skill stop, so the old dear takes her shot which stops on extra zone, miffed at the fact she had nothing to collect, she takes another shot which offers £1.
Unfortunately this has no happy ending the old bag collected the quid and left.
Which wasn't as funny as funny as the ensuing ruckus that followed. Some little chav got his quid in first, then was asked to move by some meat. When he didn't move he was physically moved by said meat. At this point the machine offers "super hold next" (i was watching from a safe distance), it was as this point the little kid comes back with his mates all armed with pool cues.
At this point the owners got wind of the situation, and simply turned the machine off and gave the kid his quid back
. Needless to say the machine was dead in the morning.
Not sure what posessed me to share this, i just thought i would.
