It's a clear path of impecable logic.

I've put £1 on red, it comes black. This is bad luck.
I've put £2 on red, it comes black. More bad luck.
I've put £4 on red, it comes black. Outrageous bad luck.
I've put £8 on red, it comes black. This never happens in real life, so at this point, we are seeing clear proof that these terminals are rigged.
I've put £16 on red, it comes black. Double randomised controlled blind trial standard that these are rigged.
I've put £32 on black, it comes red. What a load of old wank!
I've put £64 on red, it comes black. Expected.
I've put £250 on black, it comes black. Jesus Christ, it must have been due, guess the Chinese have been punting it again.

Totally rigged.

^^^ Anyway. That is rock solid proof, unarguableblyble total 100% cast iron mathematical theory, that they are rigged. I made that up, but it's true to life. So there.

Up today feeling absolute shit a months wages away in less than one hour..ive spoken to people on another forum regarding the "randomness" she was saying stories like this are commonplace its all a no win unless the machines in the mood..for each FOBT£1400 per week the bookies have to pay now in not so busy shops with small punters on horses where is that kinda money gonna be generated from??? you guessed it..now supposing this was random theres every possibility that in the space of a few weeks they could lose to some punters heavily...does this ever happen???? Never in a million years does this happen ..these machines payout a % so make sure they cover there own costs..ill also go on and tell you something you may or may not no..PWC grant these machines certified stickers on would you believe accounts sent to them by companiesNOONE from PWC ever goes near these machjines and same for prima poker they send them logs and are taken for there word...so any player puts in a dispute poke room or bookies only have to say "were trusted and certificated" what a absolute load of bollocks...im not for one second here getting away from the fact any asshole like myself who puts money like that into these machines deserves there head searched but they are extremely and powerfully addictive for anyone who likes a bet..and it gives you the impression a big win is a spin away ...win my ass ithey are conclusively and mathematically proven NOT to be randomised..time this scandal was brought more into the open so mr hills corals and laddies had to try generate a income from honest gambling...grrrrrrr im so fckin angry

Are you trying to say that there are select/ pre-determined numbers that the ball can land on from another number to give the impression that it is randomised, when in fact its just a smokescreen for how bent the machines really are?

Look they are RANDOM, I was in the gambling industry, 15 years in various roles long enough to see many long term figures for FOBTS, they keep about 3% in the long run, they dont NEED to be rigged , turnover is high on them and the %s are in the houses favour anyway

3%? That's pretty impressive considering the racing games run a book which pays out just over 80%
The roulette (Industry standard) has three payout settings. 97%/92% and 84%. The random number generated does not have an absolute effect, ie x will not always => a 36-1 bet comes in. X=> a 36-1 bet will come in, if the drift is =/>-£1k for example. In that respect - YES they use a stream of TRUE random numbers which can be audited by Price Waterhouse Coopers or that dopehead James it makes no difference. THOSE NUMBERS ARE TRULY RANDOM. It's the software that's bent. Why is that so hard to see? Ask Lee down the bookies next time you see him.

Yes Streakpoos I agree they probably do keep more than 3% now. When I was in the industry the roulette game was about 95 of FOBT turnover in my area , the other games were hardly touched. Th roulette keeps about 3% long run and IS NOT rigged.

The boxes are now filled with many more games with a lower percentage payout than roulette, so as a result the % profit for house if higher now.

All the games play fair though, I truely beleive that, why dont you come to ATEI this year and interigate the INSPIRED/GLOBAL guys about it, the free beer is normally flowing at their stand so you might get one of them pissed enough to confirm you theories

Look I respect that is what you feel Jim , I disagree, no need for pesonal insults, FYI I was a manager for 3 different betting firms, I worked on the racecourse and dog tracks for 2 years and spent 3 years managing a bingo club and was also slots manager for single site slots in past jobs, I no longer work in the gambling industry , I work for a TV production company now, the hours are better and my gambling is more disciplined and controlled if not faced with it every day.

MY answer is though is you beleive they are riggged , simply dont play, no one forces anyone to play FOBTs and presumably the people who continue to go back time after time playing them either beleive they play fair or are insane.

There are plenty of other ways to gamble if you think the FOBTS are of questionable integrity.
