Don't play Norwich Tuesdays. I've got a load of Lithuanian's going there to do the Red's. Pay them £20 a day and all the 1/2 cokes they can drink. They've got nothing to do now the strawberry picking season is over.

How do you stop them "skimming" the profits? Do you weigh the Lithuanians before and after their shift?

Opening weight + 1/4 litre cokes @ (250grammes x specific density of coke) - visits to the pissoir (calibrated specimen bottles to fill) @ 1.05kg per litre of urine = closing weight. Any discrepancies = stewards enquiry.
