maygay memory problem poss batt??? help please

hi ime dave,21 just joined and really getting addicted to fruities, i have just bought another one its a maygay "the great escape" 4 reel joby. the problem ime having is that if i say have credits or there is not enough in the bank to pay the win i open the door fill it with cash bot when i shut the door it initilises but doesnt rember anything and you loose your credits and win,but my other fruity rembers!!!
any help would be greatfully excepted (yes another newby) lol

I would have thoght (from experience) that it's a RAM problem and maybe quite expensive to fix.

If I were you I'd just invest in some more coins for the hopper.

i have been looking through some other questions people have brought up and could it possibly be a battery or something somewhere that stores it all which may be at fault???
