Anyway, I actually played one of these last night, and had MS in the box after turning down a deal of £22.xx, went for a female-lacking-of-breasts. :(

I agree that there must be something, even if it's small, on these that put them so far off playing well - I left it evens, maybe a quid or two down. Have seen one forced for MS before, and it does 'roll' from that, but it took £100+ for £105 back.

Also, chipped WIYB - are these not the worst game out there? Always £10+ for a board, dead on that bloody 3. Is there any surefire way of winning on these?!? I popped a £10 into one yesterday, 1 board out of that for deat at £3 - even though it was dropping onto a treasure-chest of coins.
Last weekend, a pal put over £200 notes into one for it not to offer more than red sevens.

Gameplay = Zilcho!!

:(
can u still garuntee a board on these within £4-£5

It'll only cost £4-£5 to find out!

£200 in - ouch. Wowser! Bad one.

I had one in the Hollywood Bowl give a £10 deal on 30p and repeat then roll in a one for the feature for a £4 board. All off a quid. Chipped obviously. There are no unchipped ones left.

Whyb is the most random of all the DONDs in a lot of aspects. I had £20 off a completely dead one today. Extra life, loosened up, lots of multi-adds. Very sweet. On a 2 for £35 - I bottled it!!

Next spin on 50p for dial which gave a £20 deal, no repeat. It was definitely dead, so that was very nice. I pity the person who next played it.

Beat the banker is a different kettle of fish. No rips or random reflexes when dead. 'Orrible!!! It's also in Hollywood and plays a bit nicer - probably been chipped!!!

Would it be worth looking like a complete plonker on national TV? Yes, as long as I left with a huge, huge sum on money.
Nooooooooooo!!!!!!

You don't need to hit it on unchipped ones - let the machine do it for you!

did anyone ever find out if lukestar WAWS talking utter bullshit on this one? I personally have never known a THING on this machine, including a mention above of a guaranteed board off £4 (pretty useless I imagine).

I still have two good ones in one town, oddly enough. The barman spoke to me today regarding people raping Noel (to which a local yokel quipped "They must be workin' in gaaaaangs"), and said he phoned up the company, who sent out an engineer who said there was nothing wrong with it !! Shame two rats walked in whilst I was there. Now since I'm well known to the fruit players around here, it's not a great leap of imagination to figure out why I'm playing a bellfruit. I just hope they don't change the habit of a lifetime and think.

I played this one today. It's almost like pots of gold in the fact youve got 3 rings and when your on the inner ring unless you hit an arrow you can just keep going and not lose right?

I ended up £5 in and took £9 on a deal. I had 50p and £20 left. Please dont tell me this was a sure sign of giving me £20?

Is there anyway to determine if its going to pay big? For example I got offered 4quid at first, then 7, then 8 then I took 9quid as it seemed risky between 50p and £20.

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but are you saying that it clearly tells you which box you will get if its between 50p and £20? I was assuming that it was a total gamble and that if I was unlucky it would have given me the 50p?

What he means is after you take the deal what you had in your box is shown in the window at the end of the feature.
