Can anyone offer some advice on a problem I have at the moment, I have one of these machines in a local pub of mine. I played it even tho it wasnt full, and i got a mega streak straight away which went for £35. The next board went for another mega streak for another £105.

I left the machine owing me £38 which leisure link are now refusing to pay out as they are saying that someone had jammed the programme because it shouldnt give that much in one go.

The landlady at the pub insists that I did nothing wrong but still I cant get the cash back. How would everyone proceed with this. Is it worth a call to leisure link and seeing whats actually going on and where do we stand legally in this case

Cheers

Best thing to do is if you have a camera phone or a digital camera, take a photograph of said machine with the IOU showing on the alpha, that should be enough evidence...

I had assumed it meant it would of offered a bigger win than the one taken however it doesnt mean it would of gone all the way does it?

Yes. The only times I've had it say chicken has been when I've had 1 MS and took a half decent win next board and its said chicken! Then next board It's gone for MS.

What's going on then mate, there's one here and it'd be great to have something on it. I do OK on it most weeks, but the bar owner only bloody floats it with £60, so I often leave it empty, just by getting a decent MS!

Drop us a PM if you don't mind... ;)

Yup, it is a bit of a joke... :( Considering I've had two £90+ MS's out of it over the last two weeks, it's very annoying... :x
