Kings Ransom loves the fake red board. Goes all red and never offers you anything good. Proof of this is taking red fast cash and it not going above £5!

I agree that the usual reds don't fake show though. Once they are all red you should be fine. Don't agree with anfields comment about it being past every block.....OARs can block at £10 and £15 when all red. I do agree about boxes turning the machine more red than it should be though.

So when redding it can block at £10 and wont go anything higher that £10 no mate your wrong when its redding its through every block and just kills when it wants not because its blocking.

Its like saying its redding so its there for 2 pots but it might take £40 to go through the £10 block or its reddig but its at the £5 block.

The machine wont go to JP stage but still be blocking.

See what you are saying, but still don't agree.

As you go for it on OAR it will often give you the 12 nudge/£15 ARB1 board that dies the first couple of times. That means its £15 ready but not £25+ ready, surely you must accept this? Dieing on a 2/11 on the first couple of £15 boards has to mean there is a block, not because its killing when it wants to.

You just can't go on that if its all red its through every block principle if you ask me.

I'd like other peoples views! 8)

If it fake reds, then it needs to land on a half decent RED feature. Simple. If it fucks about and only gives shitty greens like Sub Zero, then tread with caution.

right its like this when playing a red kill every board off untill it has shown more than half red features, the machine is then there and has no blocks, but still can lose when iot wants but not because of a block, yes they do have due stages before they are there and most have £5-£10 blocks. For them being there ignore this if there is a big win i.e. £3or more there and/or mystery boxes, in the first case this cannot br fake it is there for the jp and more, now if people are wandering why they arnt getting jp quickly its because the machine isnt plaing well however fear not because if it takes a 100 for a top while its there even a 105 wont kill it as long as uve had no safe wins, now if its just come there say on a sub zero and you get a 15 safe win and it repeats this could kill it as can a 35 top on a genie/dragon drop because its only just come there! hope this clarifys the argument trust me im right!!!!

good grief.. people really do have some odd notions about fruits.. Consider the following.

1. A fruit has to reasonably reach it's percentage target.

Now, when a red is glowing, and on occasion you chase it for a great deal, and end up getting 3 JP's etc. but are only up £10 or so. Then the machine goes stone dead. Where's the %age value from the extra £100 that went in ? Because it was glowing, surely it wanted to pay out 2/3 JP's when I got on, so if all blocks were off when I started, that's £50/£75 payout + £100 of play missing..

This case illustrates to the canny player that all a glowing red tells you is that the machine is not playing as normal. This can mean that maybe there is sufficient %age imbalance to go to past first block, the second block or all the way.

Yes when getting to £15 its killing because its at the block, but I bet the machine is not naturally redding (from a no win/low fruit win) if you get on the board and its £1 there and redding I bet if you get the £15 win on an 11 it will probably not kill you.

When you get the £15 win it has to red because the win is so high but it does not mean the machine is actually redding (through the low win) if you see what I am saying.

The machine does not have to give it straight away I know what you are saying but when its at the £15 block next time knock it down to 30p play and normal spins see if it is genuinally redding and if its not knock it back until it is.

When it starts redding then take it back to 50p and mega spins and wait for the 1st £15 and try that, it wont be blocking and will just kill you were it wants.

Well thats what I have found through playing reds through the last year and a half, and through what I have being told

If you are on the £15 win and there are still 4+ greens, you'll more than likely bomb out on the next gamble. If it's ARB1 - you're probably safe, if not that go, then the next board will go.

Don't forget that there's various levels of 'Redding' -

-ARB1 - this is the ideal sign. Even if you are on a high win / red boxes are available, on machines such as OAR, I'd say that the redness was genuine. Look for this after your first top, also! (although refer to my previous post regarding newer machines!)

-ARB4+ - this can be the misleading sign. You may be on 12 nudges / £15 but you still may be a good distance from topping out and getting a reasonable return. Tends to do this if the boxes are present too (unmixed).

-The 'half 'n' half' - An interesting one this; may offer you a decent red feature, may kill you early, or may let you snare a top. I've had more tops from this set up on OARs than any other. The next board will then be an ARB1 if another top is due. If the next board is anything other, it pretty much means you'll be on a re-chase for the next top, which could be costly.

-AGB1 - the majority of boards will be this. You may be able to snare a £5 / £7 / £10 win back from one of these (50p play).

Of course, we've all had tops from all of these different states, so it is hard to categorise exactly, there's always an exception to the rule... ;)

Yep, i agree there. When there are no blocks is when you start getting all red board off stuff like £2 wins. I think we all agree there.

The £15 11 lower 12 all red board is as you say....red because its £15. 8)

Redding means streaking. Large cash win off nudges means red features but not ness there because it could be end of streak. red features with no decent cash win, no boxes means the machine is there prop.

I don't believe they completely fake red, but there have been situations i have played a red and its Arb1 and offer no win off nudges + doesn't give feature shot and still cost 100 + for a top.

A show me the mummy turned up here today. From what i can see after playing it, just seems a straight clone of Piggy Bank but laid out a bit differently. Played exactly the same from what i could tell.

Got a £35/£35/£10 streak from it today but lost a tenner. Wasn't really 100% there to force and i should have known better, but i couldn't resist having never played it!

Why do red get stingy with all their sound effects anyway? The board music is from Jackpot Genie (which i think came from funfair?), when you open the safe it plays the sort of tribal egyptian chant from the Top Giza top. Get some new sounds chaps please!
