Day after the cup final, loads of kids in arcades filling machines up due to being on exchange trips etc... Seeing the machine going red and shitting themselves thinking they've broken the machine or something and collecting 60p*. Tis a good time to be a gambler.

Have seen that happen twice, once with an old couple, once with some french exchange students, needless to say the frenchies one was way funnier.

Surely every day is a good day to gamble if you're a streaky fruity blooper? Every day is a winner (or near enough)?

I was out'n'about for almost 9 hours today - covered a lot of ground, took £200 with me and returned with...

... £207 :)

All that time for £7 profit, but it was still a good day because if you take out three pints, 5 bottles of Bud, a couple of cokes and a Roast Beef dinner, plus £6 that I used up on my Oyster card, it's about a £35 profit - plus a good play-off final (well done Blackpool!) to boot.

Had some really good wins and some disappointing times - my key saved me from a right kicking too.

Finally found a Lucky Devil too - full and ready! Quickly sussed out that I needed to play to avoid the Safe Cash - and it gambled out the top on two successive boards for £70 out from £23 in. A £35 Invincible was all red and full when I found it - and despite remaining red for ages, it would not give MS until almost £65 had gone through it. Argh! Took a cheap £75 roll from a Bucks Bunny, but then got hit heavily by a £35 BTQ.

Anyone else have any good successes today?
