Top dog

Post by toothless11 »

Couldn't find a topic for this so apologies for making a new one. Anyways, found one of these a few days ago and it was unchipped so i got a quick jp off golden hold, flashed after. Made a good ton on it. It was a proper fired up pub though so every man and his dog looked at me when it all payed out lol.

Anyone still any of these around or their clones? I.e High flyers, Hot rocks,Big cheese?

They can be a bit annoying sometimes. Hard to find that ready, and if you chase from the £4rpt mark it can cost £30-£40 and go flat and die. They're ok, i wouldn't go out of my way to play one though.

making a £100 on a Big Cheese or Top Dog is unheard of especially after nicking the first pot off GH.
There is no chip to stop it offering JP off golden hold just a chip that stops you getting pot before its pot ready.

chipped is hot rocks whee you cant get golden hold for pot

Yeah hot rocks had a different programme in them so you couldn't get JP off GH. It is very easy to make a ton on these when there is no chip for the GH.

when i have [rarely] had £100 from this or clones it consists of a jackpot from goldenhold and for arguments sake a flash and a repeat, then its still offering £4 repeat, so i have forced the last jp out again through goldenhold. ive never had a jp, flash, flash, repeat for £100 that way [not saying it can't happen but i've never had it]. perhaps you could take us through your roll toothless?? i for one would be interested too know how you made 'a good ton' on one of these

if it has to roll AND be happy afterwards for another GH, surely this is FAR! from easy!!

Exactly I have nicked a pot fro GH and then had the IM and a repeat but I mean its usually buzzing enough to give the streak a bit earlier.

I just cant beleive a £100 profit on one of theese, if you have then the machines a bit dodgy

ive had a £75 roll as stated above and when it still seems happy ie giving decent cash amounts on the shots then i have continued too play for golden hold, granted it can be risky....... but i've had it from £5 after the £75, on the flip side i've been suckered back in and put £30/£40 back for it too. to be honest whenever i got the £75 roll i never even bother with any boards because its usually £2 max, its only when i've been playing remaing credits and it has let me on the board and i've seen its not stone dead. very risky forcing out a final jp after a £75 IMO but can pay off sometimes.

on a good program one I would definately play on if it were £3+ happy next board, but as you say, its unlikely it will be - 95% of the time it will be back to £2 boarding for ages....

Top dog's I always found the hardest to get GH on, big cheese on the original program was PISS easy to get it, high flyer could be a pain, as once the superboard is open, the bonus nudges square disappears - so youd better already have the setup (ok bonus on the number reel can give bonus nudges but its damn rare)

Couple of quid in, Set the reels for mixed bars, exchanged. Golden hold for JP. Next board IM, Jp repeated. 6 pound later another board which i fluked another JP off. Sucked a few wins out of it after and left it stone.

yeh but the point is you said it was EASY to get £100 from them - giving a one-off tale of how you did it once hardly inspires me to believe this is true...

what you meant is that you "could" get £100 if very lucky
