Even more painful after the nudge plum rip is trying to wedge your plums under a twenty five pound bar. That's what it says in Vic Reeve's Ebook anyway. Not one for the faint hearted.

When up / down nudges are active and your two plums plus one banana are near two melons, it's well worth going between them. Nudge Shuffle whilst holding the banana is also a possibility if the melons are slightly further away...
