Deal or No Deal: I hate Noel Edmonds.... I think!
Bit of a long one this.. and it's my first post!
I've been playing the £250 Deal or No Deal for a while at my university and I just don't know when to try going for jackpot?! It's got the anti force method of cashing out that others have mentioned and as that's my usual tactic, I am getting lost! The most I've got is 146 after putting 30 in, but then last night I put in 60 and walked away with nothing after it offering me £30 at most and other times giving me £1 or £2! What makes it worse is that there are two of these machines and the other one got Jacked the other day after onw of my mates put only £6 in!!! He got on the board and he only had £250 and £1 left and he gambled and won!!
Has anyone played this and got any tips or just any useful tips on Bell Fruit £250 machines??
The other thing is about the cashpot on the Deal or No Deal machine? How can you get all four to roll in?? I had 3 and it told me to press the stop button for a winning shuffle but i didn't and got nothing. Did I just miss out on £250 and if so, should I have held the three cashpots and pressed stop or left the reels alone and just pressed stop?
As you can see, I want to master this machine as there are two within 300m of eachother and I want big money!!!!!
Cheers

Not a good idea then no?
Any suggestions as to what I should do?? And please don't say leave it alone cos I won't!!! It's impossible!! The only other £250 machines are doctors and nurses which I don't get on with and some brand spanking new looking thing which eats my money! Next time I'm there, i'll remember the name.. looks like a casino machine with flashing bars of light running the length of the machine down the sides!!

How about after you've graduated and found a £60k+ executive earner, not while you're meant to be scraping the pennies together for textbooks, field trips and baked beans!Brookes1 wrote:I've been playing the £250 Deal or No Deal for a while at my university and I just don't know when to try going for jackpot?!
Jesus, do they really stick CLUB machines in Universities these days?!
That would be the ultimate ...
This machine may at times offer a choice where the player has every chance of bankruptcy
Re: Deal or No Deal: I hate Noel Edmonds.... I think!
Hi there brookes. The first thing i should tell you is that BFM club machines generally can't be forced, as they are full of anti force software. You can brute force them, but i wouldn't try it with anything less than £500 coins on me (this is coming from experience). Jackpots are usually cyclical, and more or less come out of the blue. Playing another BFM club (Crazy Fruits) i've seen it drop in a JP from nowhere (£4 boards). The best way of getting JP is to trap cashpots and nudge in JP, or hope to hit it out of the blue.Brookes1 wrote:Bit of a long one this.. and it's my first post!

The winning shuffle is basically just the equivalent of a let 'em spin. It would have just spun in 3 symbols on the winline for a feature entry. Nothing special, no decent board guarantee or anything.....just a normal feature.
Best way i try and play BFMs personally is to gamble all cash wins up to £15 and exchange for a superboard. If the exchange is high, i'll gamble on until i get a dodgy number.
I've never played DOND Club, but on every other BFM superboard you cannot lose once you get there (superboard). It can kick you off with a win thrown at you, but you can't get nowt. Again, there's not really any way of telling how well its playing, as it can give good and bad superboards close together.
For normal boards i try and stop at the £5 mark, as it usually doesn't go much further. Features to look out for (unsure of names here) would be the Cops n Robbers Great Train Robbery equivalent, which is usually £15+, and i've seen go over £200. If the machine is regularly offering the better features, naturally you can expect it to play better, and win more.

Mattb, cheers for your help, i kinda figured that £5 is the limit for the normal board after a couple of goes but i never usually took it so i will from now on. I'll have a look into that cops n robbers feature you were on about to see if there is a similar one. And lastly, thanks for the advice about gambling on the cash win... i was on it with my mate yesterday and i said if we went once more (the number was a 2 too!) that we would be more likely to get on the super board, but he didn't believe me and we ended up on the normal one with £7, so i'll definately be taking that advice. Lastly, what other tactics are there to use on these machines? is it a case of just building up small amounts or is there a better way of getting bigger money? And also, if BFM's don't like getting forced, which are better? what's the best make of machine in your opinion cos i seem to have most luck with barcrest machines... but no one else seems to like them!!
Cheers for your help
As for Nixxy's 'advice', i'll just ignore that!! I wouldn't play if I couldn't afford to.

Barcrests are the best as you say. These can be forced reliably, and club Psycho Cash Beast/Frenzy/Go For Gold are good for the force. Fromt he right place you aren't usually looking at more than £300 odd, with the chance of a pot followed by some very good afters. Obviously you'd hope to get it within £100-£150 for a good profit.
Back to DOND, on all bellfruits the minimum exchange for a superboard is £15. Look where the lights are when you get a fruit win to know about the exchanges. If it lights are at say £5 (The minimum i believe), the superboard exchange is £15. If there is only lights at £25, you need to get that high to even get an exchange offering.....though i sometimes collect there anyway.
There is a massive block at £75 on the cash. I've tried hi/lo'ing a Cops N Robbers, and lost on £75 3 times. Ended getting the cashpot to go in the end, so beware of that. You can actually download emulators of Cops n Robbers and Crazy ruits (both BFM) and play around with those to get a good idea of how they play.
The best way i find toplay these is collect all normal boards at £5, and recycle and hope for a cash win to get in the superboard, then run. Wouldn't even dream of forcing one these days, just hope for a good sized steal from not much in.

Hi Matt, Where can i find these emulators for cops n robbers? Thanks for all your other advice, much appreciated. Definately gonna try to gamble more on the cash for the superboard exchange now. Oh and by the way, that other new machine I was on about in my first post is called Club Magic. Any ideas about that machine? I didn't note the make.. and every time i've played it, it's never given me anything!

For the emulator
http://www.fruit-emu.com
You'll need to download the emulator (s),
http://www.fruit-emu.com/download/index.php?dlid=2029
That is for bfmulator (cops and robbers), the one below is the main emulator for most machines, and may now even play cops and robbers as well but I'm not sure.
http://www.fruit-emu.com/download/index.php?dlid=2098
and then search the downloads to find the machine (s) you're after
Cops and robbers is here:
http://www.fruit-emu.com/download/index.php?dlid=1539
There are tutorials on how to get it all working, so have a read, then ask there if you have any problems. Note you will only find older machines.

Cheers for the emulators rarnold. I'm bloody hooked on them now trying to spot any patterns with no luck as yet!!!
Been on deal or no deal again today and noticed that it doesn't always exchange at 15 quid. Used a key i have invested in and noticed it only needed £27 til it was full. So off i went... it gave me £172 off £80 which wasn't too bad. It exchanged to superboard at £3 which was wierd ( i didn't think it exchanged to superboard til much higher amounts) and that was in the middle of a streak or something cos it gave me about 70 quid off two seperate gambles on cash and the rest off deal or no deal! The gamble I got to £50 with a ten as the next gamble and i remember reading there was a block at £75 so collected that cos the gambles before were on 10's, 9's 3's etc!
As far as tips are concerned, I have also noticed that it's not gonna be £100 or £250 if the 1p or £1 goes. I've only ever won £100 once off it and it left the pound and 100 only. I have seen friends wimp out when the banker offers £42 odd leaving £100 and 1p so it is pretty obvious when it's gonna pay big money. And, the only time i've ever seen 250 out of it was when the 250 and 1p were left.
I would definately advise setting a limit of 4-7 pounds on the normal board. Rarely do you even get to £7 so as frustrating as it is, it's definately sensible to collect the few pounds it offers. When it's playing well, it doesn't seem to affect how much you'll win off the superboard. That's about it!
If anyone's reading this and disagrees or has something to add then please post it! I wanna know this machine inside out cos ther's two near me and it pays much better than my job!! Also, if anyone know anything about Club Magic or Doctors 'n' Nurses, then let me know cos there's two of them round here too!
Cheers

Is the Doctors and Nurses in the Salisbury club?
Its an awful machine, as is Magic Circle.
BFMs may be the worst £25 AWPs, but are definitely second best clubs (behind barcrest).
Always stick to £5 odd on the normal board. Recycle these and try and get a superboard is the only way to play these.

Yeah I agree. cheers for the tips.
All of these machines that I play (which are all £250 club machines) are in the Oxford Brookes University Student Union bars.. so not only do you get to look at all the fit students bending over the pool tables and getting pissed but you also get to (hopefully) win money! I never want to grow old!
I haven't heard any more about this Club Magic machine.. looks very new to me so i guess not many people have seen it or played it! seems to be good when caught at the right time though
