Post by Spyder »

all i can say about this machine is
what the fuck?

seriously? what?

its not often that i play a bellfruit, but i was just killing five minutes,

this is some kind of hybrid of fruitopia and monopoly, it doesnt have a n gameplay whatsoever and doesnt really make that much sense..

why?

seriously, why??

i could fart a better concept for a game?

who exactly is designing these things nowadays?

why are they aloud to make such crap games????

Or more to the point, how did it pass a test, or is it on a test? But then, it's a BFM, if it's good or bad, it'll play shite and there will be loads of coins in the box.

1. Is it a boring game?

2. Does it have pisspoor gameplay?

3. Does it make shedloads of profit?

Test Passed!

it's got two trails, a lapper, two dozen features and a cashpot. how much game play do you want?

I'm not actually a huge fan of the game but I sometimes get the feeling people here expect to walk up to a machine and have it spew its guts up. Remember the machine won't be out in the public long if it doesn't make it's %. you're not going to beat the machine, you're taking advantage of other players mistakes and emptying the pots they've filled.

personally a great machine for me is one you can drop a tenner in, get £5 - £8 back and by that stage have a good feeling for the mood of the machine. When it's 50p play you're going to have to figure out where you stand quicker, or else have a much bigger bankroll. I'm never quite sure where I am with this game which is why I'm not a fan, but lacking in game play it isn't

from my brief £45 quid through one the other day..

it seems like a very bad sub-clone of lots of other machines,

it blockes entry to features untill its ready to pay about £6 out, so if someone takes this £6, it costs £12ish to get it back into a state where it will offer you anything over £1..

flat profile, if you were pushing for the top then none of the features are relevent anyway, plus the fact that the machine is so crap-ly put together and the software doesnt seem to be made very well,

ON AVERAGE you'll be getting two features for every £10, whatever mood the game is in. If you try and push it further than it can afford, it'll kill you. It's not rocket science.

Thats what I'm saying. people are pushing when the money isn't in the pots.

ok

so you are actually hitting a nerve here...

out of the hundred or so fruit machines "games" ive played in teh last few years, this one seemed to be so badly made that i decided to slag it off..

so that i can put this into perspective for you,

my best legitamate win on a fruit machine would be probably around £145 on a "hi tech" machine and about £400 on a lo,

this is from a quite high original stake,,

i dont feel too bad saying that there are machines out there that if you put £50 in you will normally end up winning more back,

and i will quite happily say that there are machines out there that you can put £50 in and end up with nothing

but this machine didnt seem to be in a "bad mood", it just seemed like a press press dead machine

this particular machine seems to have the potential to repeat the jackpot, (people say theyve had £50 out of it) but in my opinion and probably quite a few other peoples opinions, its not worth trying to push a bellfruit (or qps or whatever shell its in) for the top because it takes so long to get throught the blocks

i put about £40 - 45 in one, and got about 5 or 6 boards, on a press press death pattern..

at some point during the £40, even if it had just paid a jackpot and three repeats, at some point, the machine should have offered even a pesudo "suck in" board where it offers £2 or £3 then opens up the superboards only to kill you.. but it didnt. it just took the piss

ive played a lot of different machines, and this one took the piss

has anyone ever seen a big streak? im not doubting it, but as a cintinuation of my slagging it off, maybe i should let someone defend it.

whats the most youve put in one and the most youve taken out?

Thank god, that was another crap offering from these guys!

As for the machine, not seen it, and probably wont. Thankfully, BFM and friends are a very rare breed around my way.

unfortunately for us BFG will keep making these drole profile games. they take money because they rip us off (no matter how many times we try to avoid them).

more money = more clones = more doom. its a vicious circle.

how can anyone that is testing at BFG be happy with the flat gameplay then £75 streak, crap gameplay, jackpot rep, £2 boards for £100.... yawwwwwnnnnnnnnn

I wonder if they produce 'performance graphs' of the payout cycle of these machines? I can just picture it now, a line hovvering between the £0 and £2 mark for around 6900 plays and then a peak to £50 or £75 for a couple of plays, then repeat the same pattern.

Grrr... LOL
