I was looking like a suicide cert at the halfway stage but came through to make £42.32 profit on that bet so PHEW! Was actually lucky on 2 fronts, Position got a nasty bump and his jockey almost got knocked off him and Six Wives being a non-runner doubled my returns in comparison to what they would have been if I'd picked a loser! The yankee surely would have been a profit with a winner, a place and 2 non runners? The winner would be counted as a single twice, 1 bet would be a stake return and the others would all be a place with the winner and non runner, etc.
